Registration checklist

Information and documents you will need

Candidate identity

Legal first, middle, and last names exactly as shown on the passport
Date of birth, gender, nationality, and country of birth
Passport number and a passport expiry date later than today
Nationality and country selections from the provided lists

Contact and residency

An active email address and reachable phone number
Current country and full current address
Address in Ghana, if available
Residency status and, where applicable, permit, visa, or expected arrival details

Parent or guardian

Full name, relationship to the candidate, and phone number
Nationality and full current address
Email, alternative phone number, and GhanaPost GPS address, if available
Whether the guardian currently lives in Ghana

04

Previous school

Official school name, country, and full address
School type and last grade successfully completed
Completion year, curriculum, and language of instruction

05

Academic records

Qualification type, examination body, country, and year
Grading system and each subject with its original grade or score
Candidate number, certificate number, overall result, and result date, if shown
Grades must be copied as awarded and must not be converted

Files to upload

Recent passport photograph: JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB
Passport biodata page: PDF, JPG, or PNG, up to 10 MB
Academic result or certificate: PDF, JPG, or PNG, up to 10 MB
Every file must be clear, upright, uncropped, readable, and not password-protected

Final check

Before submitting

Review all names, dates, identification numbers, grades, and uploaded files.
Be ready to accept the accuracy declaration and consent to verification.
The application cannot be edited while assessment is in progress.
Save the application number and one-time recovery code shown after submission.
